摘要

随着对远志(Polygala tenuifolia Willd.)化学成分的研究,远志寡糖酯类成分越来越受到关注,现代药理研究发现,该类成分具有脑保护、抗抑郁等多种药理活性。笔者对其药理作用及作用机制研究进行综述,为进一步研究远志抗痴呆等神经保护作用提供线索和思路。

Abstract

Oligosaccharide esters have attracted more and more attention along with the study of the chemical constituents of Polygala tenuifolia. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that these compounds have many pharmacological activities, such as neuroprotection, antidepressant effect and improvement of learning ability and memory. This review summarized the research progress of pharmacological effects of oligosaccharide esters from Polygala tenuifolia to provide clues for further study of the neuroprotective effects of Polygala tenuifolia.
